New Patients at Millennium Chiropractic
Once you have booked your appointment with Millennium Chiropractic, we will send you a link so that you may complete your new patient paperwork online at your own convenience. Just be sure to bring your insurance card, if you’ll be using insurance. We’ll take care of verifying your benefits, and we’ll let you know what your coverage and out of pocket costs will be.
ONLINE FORMS
Your First Visit
Plan to be with us for an hour on your first visit. Our friendly team will greet you with a smile and help with any missing paperwork. Then they’ll take you on a brief tour of the office so you know where everything is and can feel at home.
Next, you’ll sit down with Dr. Alex to talk about your health history, what issues you want to address, and your goals for care. Dr. Alex will conduct a thorough chiropractic exam to determine where your spine is moving and where it isn’t. Finally, we’ll take a full set of spinal X-rays and then schedule you to come back the next day.
Your Second Visit
Dr. Alex will briefly explain what he found in the X-rays and then begin care to determine how your body responds and give him an indication of what to expect in terms of predictability. This visit is typically about 30 minutes.
Your Third Visit
Based on how your body responded to initial care, Dr. Alex will create a custom care plan to help you meet your goals. He’ll show you your X-rays and go over them in detail, explain all aspects of his recommended corrective care plan and answer any questions so you know exactly what to expect. This visit is also about 30 minutes long.
Paying for Care
We accept most major insurance plans, and we are passionate about making sure our care is accessible and affordable, especially for our Lewis-McChord military personnel. We are transparent in our pricing and ensure that there are never any surprises when it comes to paying for your care.
